We want you to be happy with your SAAYO machine. This page explains returns, cancellations and warranty.

Right of withdrawal (EU and UK consumers)

If you are a consumer in the EU or UK and bought online, you can cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods without giving a reason. To cancel, send us a clear statement by email to yahui@saayo.com. We refund the purchase price and standard delivery cost within 14 days of receiving the goods back, or proof that you sent them back.

Because our machines are large items shipped by freight, you pay the direct cost of returning the goods. We will tell you the estimated return cost before you order if you ask. The machine must be returned unused and complete, in its original packaging where possible.

Business customers and quoted orders

For business customers and orders placed on a quote, cancellation after the order confirmation is only possible by agreement. Machines built or configured to your order (special engine, colour or branding) cannot be returned.

Warranty

• 12 months from delivery on the machine frame, drive and hydraulic components against defects in materials and workmanship.
• Engines are covered under the engine manufacturer’s warranty terms, which we will pass on to you.
• Wear parts are not covered: blades, belts, tracks, filters, spark plugs, fuses, batteries after normal wear, and damage from accidents, misuse, lack of maintenance or unauthorised modification.

EU and UK consumers additionally have the statutory guarantee of conformity, which is not limited by this warranty.

How to make a warranty claim

1. Contact us by WhatsApp or email with your order number, the machine model, the engine number and clear photos or a short video of the fault.
2. We diagnose the problem with you remotely, usually within 2 working days.
3. We send replacement parts free of charge for covered defects. If the fault cannot be fixed with parts, we agree on repair or replacement.

Wear and spare parts are available for all models. Ask us for the parts list for your machine.
