Shipping
We ship machines to Europe, the United Kingdom, the USA and Canada. Every shipment is quoted to your address or nearest port.
How we ship
- Packaging: each machine is fixed on a pallet, in a wooden crate or, for larger units, secured in a container. Packed sizes and weights are listed in each product’s specifications.
- Sea freight: the standard option for single machines (LCL) and containers (FCL).
- Door delivery: available to many addresses in the EU, UK and North America. A forklift or tail-lift truck is needed to unload.

Shipping costs
Shipping costs depend on the model, quantity, destination and delivery term (port or door). We include them in your quote or show them at checkout.
Import duties and taxes
Unless your quote says DDP (delivered duty paid), import duties, VAT/GST/sales tax and customs clearance fees in the destination country are paid by the buyer. We provide the commercial invoice, packing list and other documents needed for customs.
On delivery
Check the crate before signing. Note any visible damage on the delivery note and send us photos within 7 days.
