These terms apply to all orders placed with SAAYO through this website, by email or via WhatsApp.
1. Seller
The seller is Shenzhen Tiantu Optoelectronics Technology Co., Ltd. (深圳市天图光电科技有限公司), Bao’an District, Shenzhen, Guangdong, China, trading as SAAYO (“we”). Full details are on our Legal notice page.
2. Quotes and orders
Product information on this website is not a binding offer. A contract is formed when we confirm your order in writing (order confirmation, proforma invoice or online order confirmation). Quotes are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise.
3. Prices
Prices are in the currency shown and exclude import duties, local taxes (VAT/GST/sales tax) and customs clearance fees in the destination country, unless the quote states otherwise. Shipping costs are quoted separately or shown at checkout.
4. Payment
Online orders are paid with the methods offered at checkout. Quoted orders are paid by bank transfer (T/T). Unless agreed otherwise, production or dispatch starts after full payment, or after the agreed deposit with the balance due before shipment.
5. Delivery and risk
Delivery terms (for example EXW, FOB, CIF or DDP) are stated in the quote or order confirmation. Risk passes to the buyer as defined by the agreed Incoterm. Delivery times are estimates; we will inform you promptly of any delay. See our Shipping page for details.
6. Inspection on arrival
Please inspect the goods on delivery. Note any visible transport damage on the delivery document and send us photos within 7 days of receipt.
7. Warranty
Our warranty terms are described on the Returns & warranty page. Consumers in the EU and UK keep all statutory rights.
8. Compliance and use
Our machines are CE marked for the European market. The buyer is responsible for using the machine in line with the operating manual and local regulations, and for checking local registration, emission or noise requirements before ordering. For the USA and Canada, ask us which engine options are suitable for your state or province before ordering.
9. Liability
We are liable for intent and gross negligence and as required by mandatory law. Otherwise our liability is limited to the value of the order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, to the extent permitted by law.
10. Governing law
For business customers, these terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China, and disputes are settled by the courts of Shenzhen, unless agreed otherwise. Consumers keep the protection of the mandatory law of their country of residence.
