FAQ
Can I buy just one mower?
Yes. We sell single units to end users as well as volume orders to dealers and contractors.
How do I get a price?
Some models show a price and can be ordered online. For all others, send us an inquiry or a WhatsApp message with the model, quantity and delivery address or port. We reply within 24 hours.
How is the mower delivered?
Each machine is packed on a pallet or in a wooden crate. We quote sea freight to your nearest port or door delivery where available. Packed dimensions and weights are listed in each product’s specifications.
What payment methods do you accept?
Online orders can be paid by the methods shown at checkout. For quoted orders we accept bank transfer (T/T); other options are agreed in the quote.
Which engine should I choose?
Gasoline engines are lighter and easier to service. Diesel engines suit heavy daily use and rough brush. Electric models are quiet with no exhaust, which is good for noise-sensitive sites. Tell us how you will use the mower and we will recommend one.
How steep a slope can a remote control mower handle?
Most of our tracked models are rated for working slopes up to 40–45°. The rating for each model is in its specifications. Always assess ground conditions before working on steep or wet slopes.
What happens if the remote control loses signal?
Our remote control mowers are designed to stop driving and cutting when the signal is lost. Check each model’s data sheet and manual for details.
Do you supply spare parts?
Yes. Blades, belts, filters and other wear parts are available. Ask us for the spare parts list for your model.
Can I sell your mowers under my own brand?
Yes. Dealers can order custom colours and private label on volume orders. See Become a dealer.
